And that voice, that mean inner critic has been there beating you down for so long, you automatically believe her.

She belittles your efforts to try something new or different saying you're not smart enough, creative enough or just plain not good enough to succeed.

A six month coaching program to help you:

  • Deepen your relationship with yourself, so you really know who you are and are wise to the tricks your brain tries to play on you

  • Recognize your worth so you can stand confidently in your own power without doubt

  • Silence your inner critic making room in your head for positivity, self-love and confidence

  • Feel deserving of what you long for so you can go after what you want without guilt or fear

  • Motivate yourself using self-compassion knowing that punishing yourself gets you nowhere

  • Create sustainable change in your life so you never have to feel like you're "not ____enough" ever again!

In our six months together you'll get:

  • One on one coaching with me, every two weeks over Zoom (1 to 1.5h per session) (value ~$1800)

  • A personalized coaching program including assessment of current and new ways of being (you know, the woman you're longing to be :)), developmental objectives and a daily foundational practice (value ~$197)

  • New focus practice after every session, which will have you develop the new habits you need to grow and change (value $75 each totalling $750)

  • A completion conversation at the end of the program to acknowledge and register progress and attend to what's next for you (value $150)

Total time commitment: Zoom sessions (1 to 1.5h every two weeks) plus 15-20 minutes per day for focus practices (done at your convenience).

Q: What is a Life Coach?

A: As a Certified Integral Professional Coach™, I work in partnership with you to help you bring about a change in your life that you haven't been able to manage to achieve on your own, even though you've tried (likely more than once). I help you to see things in a way you may not have considered - because it's hard to see things differently when you don't know the questions to ask yourself. I support you in tapping into your "new way of being" - the woman you long to become, and give you the practices to develop the "new muscles" you need to transform and grow into that woman.

Q: Do you have a payment plan?

A: Yes! Besides the option to pay in full, you have the option to pay in three instalments - once a month for three months. You simply let me know and I'll send you the payment link. First payment is due before the first session.

Q: I'm so busy - will I have time to do this?

A: If you've read down this far, I'm pretty sure you're looking for a change in your life. As long as you're committed to doing the work, you will have the time to do it. I make sure the practices are 'doable' and integrate into your day so you don't have to find a place to squeeze them into your calendar. Then 15-20 minutes before you go to bed or after you wake up in the morning, you reflect on your practice and answer a few questions and tada - you're set!
