What's this workshop all about?
What's included?
You, the Sequel is delivered to groups of 6-15 people, by Michelle who will alternate between teaching content and facilitating discussion, where you will have the opportunity to share and participate if you wish.
Additional experiences include journalling, visualization and guided meditation.
You will be provided a beautiful workbook with both journal prompts and blank pages to record your thoughts and learnings.
Run time: 3.5 hours
Cost: $115-$150pp
